  2. Bumpkin Alert. Rube Warning. I'm a country-cousin type and being that high up and with floor to ceiling windows would be more than I could handle and I would never go out on the balcony or roof BUT...the first bedroom in the second apartment, where there could be a space at the foot of the bed by the floor-to-ceiling window: what a great spot for a comfortable armchair and a table with a stack of books. What a pleasure it would be to sit there in the sunshine and read or to look at the view and changing sky----if you're okay with being up IN the sky yourself!

  3. That's a good point about the views. They're on the drab side but it would be enjoyable to watch the changes in the sky, the clouds and light at different times of day and even at different times of year. I wonder what it's like to watch a thunderstorm come in from that high up!
