  1. I love the view from this apartment! Just having that to look at for free is a big selling/renting point for this apartment. I like that option to have a second level added: i see no reason to pay for the heating and cooling of all that empty air that serves no purpose. Why, Cash, with a second level added to one of the bedrooms you would have room not just for a shrine to your god but you could install a whole temple to your god!
