  1. Pretty nice place. Even better if there's a laundry room in the building. It seems like a small point but I like how the stove has some open space on either side. I don't like for stoves to be next to something with the the burners not even a foot away from the side of a refrigerator or cabinets or just the wall. For safety and convenience with a stove I like having some room on both sides.
