  1. Cash, you have my vote! Wonderful apartment and especially for people who enjoy doing a lot of entertaining. Great walk-in closets and so much can be done with the apartment: the room off the living area might be made into a home library or a studio for an artist. The windowless room could be a place for retreat and quiet. Someone is going to have a lot of enjoyment in living in this apartment.
