  1. Great old place. Something that I hope can be undone is the amount of woodwork and metal work that has been covered in white paint such as the ceiling beams, the doors the metal around the doorknobs. I'm thinking there's a lot of varnished wood and maybe brass under the white paint and having it visible again would give the apartment a different look.
