  1. A baseline: same here, Cash. If I could afford something big and expensive and lavish I would still be happy with a modest one- bedroom apartment. Maybe a two-bedroom for a roommate as I'm getting older and am more conscious of the risks of being alone. If I did live with someone else there would have to be space for privacy for us both.
