Cash, this may be a long shot but here goes: you talked about using the basement as a home office. Maybe you and your family could rent this apartment and you could operate your business from the basement? @di4085 The front of this house was used for exterior views of the Sheffield home in the TV sitcom "The Nanny". Fran Drescher who created and starred in the show played the role of Fran Fine who was the nanny for the Sheffield family. "The Nanny" is a great comedy show.
