I've come to realize I could never live in NYC, it would be overwhelming for a rural type such as myself but I love to experience the city through your videos. Here in the university town of Bloomington, Indiana, rents are sky-high because of so many college students many of whom have a lot of money one way or another. Classes are now online until next February and I wonder how many students will just stay with online classes which are cheaper than in-person. You've gotten me curious about the rental situation in this type of environment: how may landlords are are willing to be more flexible and how many apartments are just empty. Also: Yes! Please! Bring on the hoarder apartments and other awful ones. AND...that clear spiral staircase is ridiculous and dangerous!
