  1. Whew! Glad the fall wasn't worse, Cash.---Sounds odd but years ago Smithsonian magazine had an article about staircases which made me aware of what's safe and what isn't. The staircase here may look good to some people but I see a safety hazard. Good thing it has a metal railing. Getting furniture to the second room could be a problem.---Kitchen looks good but is impractical with cabinets far too high. With dishes etc. on the shelf it will look like a garage sale and items there will have to be cleaned periodically. Second bedroom needs cleaning or painting because you can see where the bed had been against the wall. Bathroom drawer makes me wonder what else may have been damaged or worked too hard. Some concerns and drawbacks but still a good place for the right people.
