  1. That bathroom was a major turn-off. It appears to be an extension of the bedroom and not a separate space. If a guest wanted to use the bathroom, they would have to close and lock the bedroom door to have any real privacy. A bathROOM is a separate ROOM. For me: no privacy, no deal.
