  1. Very interesting, Cash! Not only interesting but informative. The first thing I'd go see in NYC is the Dakota though the Chrysler Building is spectacular. (I've heard that the observation area at the top and some of the most luxurious office space has been closed off for years) Here in mini-Manhattan/Bloomington, Indiana, I'm also outdoors a lot. This helps a lot: t-shirt, shirt, sweater then put on a coat; a pair of flannel pajama pants or a pair of sweatpants then put on the blue jeans. Being layered really helps.
