I probably mentioned it before, Cash, but since you and your viewers are interested in apartments, you might enjoy the 1993 hair-raising, blood-run-cold Japanese novel of the supernatural"The Graveyard Apartment" by Mariko Koike. A father and mother and young daughter (sound like anyone we know?) move into a new apartment building by an old cemetery and strange things happen from the get-go. Things don't go in ways the reader might expect and the tension and suspense build and build until...well, no spoilers here!
