Good for you, Cash, for realizing alcohol wasn't doing you any good. I don't drink either; just never wanted or enjoyed the stuff. I'm also "north of 30", WAY north: Next month I'm turning 60 and with the physical breaking down of aging that's already going on I ain't happy about it. I may just schedule myself a bad mood for the whole day! Still....both apartments are very nice and the main one today has a lot going for it, could be great for a couple of roommates or a young couple pre-children.
