Mixed response for me: bedroom should have a full bath. The well or shaft of light and air is nice BUT...I think of how there could be a floor in there and at least one more room added to the apartment. There's a lot of space to heat and cool but that isn't being used. Not quite the apartment for me but someone is going to love living there.

@LibbyRal Great observation! One thing that REALLY bothers me is being in a room with an echo. Even when furnished that apartment may still have the sound reverberating. Not for me! I'm working toward minimalism but one of the drawbacks of that lifestyle is living spaces with so little in them that there's an echo. I may have to keep some things just to absorb sound!

@LibbyRal YIkes! That's true! I hadn't thought of that. Great apartment, maybe for someone who's accustomed to living in the Grand Canyon!
