I'm curious as to how old the house is. The inside looks new. Was the original interior gutted or greatly altered? I'm intrigued with big houses but I don't think I could live in one such as this even if I could afford it unless part of the reason for the purchase was to create jobs and to use the house in ways that would serve individuals and the community. You'd get a lot of exercise just getting from one part of the house to another! I would probably just use a few rooms if I lived there.
