I once saw TV show about imploding casinos in Las Vegas and one of the casinos, not a major one but more patronized by local people, was said to be so unstable by engineers that just a strong wind could have brought the building down. As I recall the casino was maybe 10 stories high and probably had hotel rooms also. I'm wondering about the structure in this video, how it would do if a storm came through or just on a windy day. I don't know much demolition but I don't think it would be that difficult to bring down the rest of the Dallas building especially as it's already leaning in the direction it was intended to fall.
