During, Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler's state visit to Finland in August 1942, PM Johan Rangell silenced Himmler's questions concerning the Jewish minority of Finland by famously stating: "Wir haben keine Judenfrage" ("We do not have a Jewish question").
