@mikeb5372 Remember McCollum memo. Although Roosevelt did not declare war on Finland in 1941, the last time the USA practised isolationism was in 1861. In the Gulf War, Bush Sr. had a UN mandate. As a Finnish soldier, I do not believe in the dissolution of NATO.

@mikeb5372 Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait. I support whenever there is a broad consensus. For example, Boris Yeltsin voted in favor of intervention in Yugoslavia. Germany did not participate in the Libyan conflict because the UN mandate dates back to the 1970s. A wise decision.
