  1. Well said. Tripartism indeed contributes to a high standard of living. Sometimes so-called fascists (shogunate) or monarchists don't pay attention to the living standards of workers. On the other hand, communists eliminate innovations. That is why it is called the third way. Iceland is a republican version of that, i.e. social corporatism.

As has been studied, there is near perfect gender equality in the society of hunter-gatherers. However, a lot of Social Justice is based on Stalin’s thoughts, on population transfers, etc.

As a corporatist, Kekkonen balanced between employers and trade unions. Google: Thread on Paavo Susitaival (Sivén) [1896-1993] and his lifetime of activism. Technically speaking, the Agrarian Union held power for a long time, but they had better relations with the USSR.
