  4.  @drinksnapple8997  That is nonsense. West Germany abolished the death penalty in 1949 and Allied forces left Austria in 1955. Soviets had Soviet boots on their necks, and to some extend they still have pretty harsh conditions. For example, 34,588,900 people live in Uzbekistan.
