  4. That's an unnecessarily generalizing video. Mortality was not the same in every country, even according to the official Allied narrative. If you look at the Austrian election results of 1945, they were center-leftist. People voted pretty much according to their social class. Junior conscripts were working class, thus voted for the Socialists. Ordinary men. Another question is how much of a barter-based economy was even possible to control.
