@mabussubam512 As the events are known, only statistics can be debated. I don't think the Soviets would attack in a 1: 1 situation. This book has at least the most important points, add a map (available online) and improvise the rest. Well, one should know at least the most important declarations of war during WW2. There was really only one massive clash in Finland; the battle of Tali-Ihantala in the summer of 1944. I have at hand mostly fiction, except for the Mannerheim Memoirs I and II in Finnish. Also in Finnish, Decisive moments of Finland from the years of destiny 1939-1945 (printed in France 2006). Born a Soldier: The Times and Life of Larry A Thorne by J Michael Cleverley (e-book). So that's my specialty.

However, this also happened: Finns investigate the remains of an encircled German battalion near Tornio https://is.mediadelivery.fi/img/978/244791e27f4747c081a684d20ef43d2c.jpg.webp
