  1. Peter Thiel's lecture "competion is for losers" is eye-opening. Everyone are or should be aiming for the monopoly. Many Asian countries are quite free, unregulated and competitive, yet they have not succeeded in becoming prosperous on the scale of western countries. On the other hand, basic research doesn't generate capital, that's why Einstein's research generated less wealth than Twitter.
