R.K. RocketKnight I get a bit annoyed when people talk about cold mud. There is no such thing. If it rains in liquid, you are fine. Mussolini's excursion in Ethiopia ended just as badly. You can criticize the scorched earth policy, but the 20th Mountain Army (Gebirgsarmee) was not born yesterday. Soviets lost hundreds of thousands of people in 1946-47.

@knightsofazeroth Either Paulus was sick in the head or a Pol Pot level dick. There is no way around it. Another question is why the National Committee for a Free Germany did not rise in revolt sooner. Grenades were untraceable to an owner and did not leave any ballistic evidence.
