I agree that Versailles didn't create anything. Rather, the Nazis are a natural state of humanity. In 1927, the GDP per capita exceeded pre-war levels for the first time. After WW2, economic liberalization made extremism unpopular in Bonn. Remote Finland has always been slower to follow Central Europe, therefore the Neo-Nazis remained in power until 1982. Democracy is the result of evolution, not revolution.
10:30 Not only were they innocent, they were the good guys.
François Darlan was de facto head of the Vichy government. He commanded an artillery battery that took part in the Battle of Verdun. Why do you think Benito "Duce del Fascismo" Mussolini and Johan Christian Fabritius, a friend of Ernst Kaltenbrunner, supported the Allies of WW I. They were the embodiment of pure evil.
Heroes like Albert Einstein, Josip Broz Tito and Väinö Valve supported Germany, Austria and Prussia. After WW2, fearing a Soviet invasion, Yugoslavia quickly established political and defensive agreements with Turkey.
