You used the term Latin America, because the majority of South Americans and Mexicans feel they are of European origin. It's an eternal colony. Africa suffers from the paradox of plenty combined with low average iq and brain drain. Granted Finland is a Swedish colony, but it will be corrected in the next elections.

That's a long list. The Soviet Union and Russia have also been involved in several cases. Fortunately, not all cases led to anarchy. @ClannCholmain There is also a lot of corruption and bureaucracy in the EU. Many EU countries are to blame for the list you wrote. Finland has also been involved in Afghanistan, though more in the role of a doctor than of a judge.
