  2. You're overcomplicating. Social Democracy is feminist. Islam is chauvinistic and anti-alcohol. Catholicism is the middle ground. Interestingly, the Allied Control Council didn't abolish the blasphemy law in Finland. As late as 1987, charges were considered, but the archbishop objected.

  7. I remember seeing slogan, "Jesus is coming, are you ready" in the early 1990s. In Finland, the term free church (Vapaakirkko) means Protestant denomination that is not part of the Church of Finland.

  8. I guess Hitler was an agnostic of a catholic background. As far as I understand, the people of Vatican City were not persecuted. Priests were persecuted in Poland and Slovenia for encouraging the partisans.

  9. I haven't murdered any Jews, so I consider myself a pretty good guy. Catholicism is a world religion. Rather, they are economic liberals. High birth rates manifest as homelessness in warm climates. Likewise, Protestant Finland was a developing country in 1917.
