@xkidmidnightx the trouble is, everyone thinks they'll get a models body. My granny was 4ft 11 and round, my grandfather was 6'3" and a huge broad shouldered man of all bone and muscle. I have exercised all my life, very conscious of healthy foods only.. but I'm still short with broad shoulders, and even when I was literally below weight (according to BMI graph) with clothes on, I still looked Big (with clothe off, you could see ribs) but people still told me I was Fat!! But I was not, I had broad shoulders was 5'4" and looked big.... which lead me to having body and food issues all my life. . ... I finally stopped worrying about other people's opinions, and am healthier for it, and have a little more weight, my bones are not sticking out any more

Or...the desperate need for people whose bodies are extremely resistant to loosing any weight!! They need something to help boost the weight loss. You go to a dietitian, a heath nutritionist, even your GP.. the story is the same, exercise more, eat less.. for some of us, all that does is causing exhaustion!! I swim, got to gym, eat only while foods that I prepare myself, and still according to BMI, I need to loose 20kg!!! There needs to be a hospital stay, with foods and blood tests to see what your body acts/reacts to. .and what foods trigger storage, which trigger sugars to turn into energy!!!

@frankiefranfraser I feel like you wrote my life story (minus the boxing, meds and stomach operation, although I thought about it, as the struggle and yoyo is real!), but the rest, the fight with your body, loosing weight after pregnancy, depression, comfort eating, becoming unwell from excessive weight loss etc etc... and people who don't know you, don't know your struggles, are happy to meet you for 5 seconds and right you off as 'fat and lazy'!!! I swim 3 km x4 a week and do gym.. I have never 'looked' skinny, because I have such a big broad bone structure!!😮
