Well...meghan missed out, she left the royal family and thus the Queen did not leave her any of the royal jewlery, all she has are the items harry chose from his mothers jewellery and sadly, who knows what she did with the engagement ring he had made for her with Dianas diamonds and the big fat one mm made him buy in Africa so it was expensive enough for her greed.

As an Australian whos fellow Australian is now Princess Mary and about to become the new Queen with her husband Frederick becoming King of Denmark and Australia being part of the Commonwealth and so we have just had the Coronation of King Charles after a lifetime of Queen Elizabeth.... the royal families are very interesting to me. My great great grandparents came from Sweden, so i have also become very interested in the Swedish royal family and appreciate this post immensely....thank you for all your research and a well presented post. 😊👍

  9. I'm pleased to see that many of the tiaras that the Queen kept locked away as they were heritage (like her mother's that Catherine wore recently) are being brought out, dusted off and used. Of course Camilla as Queen Consort gets to wear them (and gets first choice) but I hope that Charles doesn't 'give' the private ones to her, I like Camilla, but her children should not inherit them, they should ALL go to Catherine and then on to her children to wear, and stay within the royal heritage...and before someone corrects me..No, they are not all owned by the Crown, some are privately owned (the Queen mothers came with her as a Duchess when she married the second son, paid for by her parents, owned by her.. and recently worn by Catherine ❤) and she got many more items once the elder brother abdicated!
