What an excellent idea!!! The building is already built, you could work downstairs!! Get your food and entertainment all on your doorstep. Save the cinemas in the shopping centres, food court, supermarket, then varied shops.... then the upper levels housing. . No problem to have parking space (the units obviously should get designated parking places, then some of it should be converted into a park/playground for any family with kids. . . It would be like the multi-storey living in Alaska... where the whole town, police station, post office, even the school, is in the one building.

@matthewbraun9452 I remember back when a big hotel converted to units, as hotels were struggling at the time, I wish I'd bought one as an investment, it was $65,000 and would probably be $800,000 now!!
