  1. Having all your basic HVAC controls built into the touch screen is ridiculous. Definitely need those features on basic dials or buttons. Also, The C6 corvette (2005-2012) has electronic door handles/releases. Lucky I have a 1999 C5 corvette hardtop which has a manual door handle and manual dials for HVAC. Love it My C5 with a 5.7 L V8 gets unbelievable mileage, even better than my 2002 Lexus ES300. It has a built in skip gear which skips 2nd and 3rd gear (1st to 4th) to save gas. In 6th gear on the highway it’s barely at 1,200 rpm and I get 30-33 mpg on 93 octane Mobil gas. Considering it’s 25 year old technology they were well ahead of its time.
