  1. Awesome video, very informative. The valve knock piece was interesting. and the lower piston ring really explained why you need to change the oil often and not at 10k mile intervals! I change the synthetic oil every 5k miles on my 2002 Lexus ES300 which has 182k miles. It only burns about 1/2 quart in that time interval.
