  1. I like his weeding method for intrusive thoughts. The inside of my mind is insane. So much going on. Wars, conflict, sad scenarios, thoughts colliding, massive dread, deep dark depression. All of these scenarios going on in my head weighing me down. Sometimes I feel like I can't breathe. I have been like this since I was a kid. You would not believe the things that are happening in my mind. I am going to try that pulling weeds thing he mentioned. Maybe the simplest things will help me. If not I am going to drive off a cliff or a wharf myself. I have already considered it many times.
