  1. When you go anywhere outside of your home nation take every single precaution. Hygiene standards in many Asian countries are very low to non existent. I won't eat anything unless I see the person actually making the food and can get a look at their hands and general level of cleanliness of their face, clothing and body. Or I simply eat out of packages. When you go on vacation the point is to see the locations. Food exploration can take place at home. You don't need to leave your country to try every dish there is.

  3.  @TammyTravelsTheWorld  It's not about being afraid, just about being safe. Any food you can get in other countries can be found/made in your own country. I primarily travel for the vistas, the people, etc.
