Well researched video. It is indeed not “black and white” as most medias love to paint it. I like the fact that you gives the history and the context of the recent reforms. Probably, what is missing is that you leave tons of mystery by saying Israel needs “better democracy and better constitutionalism”. There are so many types of democracies around the world and each constitutions are truly unique. What does Israel need then?

I disagree. Palestinians have only slowed down the process of writing the constitutions to the constant state of emergency and security issues that Israel has faced because of them. But apart from that, Palestinian cannot bring anything of value to Israel as their only stated goal is to destroy whatever Israel has built. That’s it.
