I lived there a month when I was 15. Osaka is a very lovely city. I wnt back a year ago and got lost at 9pm no wifi and a kind lady helpd me find my way and even let me use her phone. (Then again don't get lost in a foreign city with no data please lol.. be careful as usual with any large cities. )
