  5. As an ex nutrition major over dosing on supplements can harm you. You can get toxicity from them. Also at least in the US they don’t regulate supplements so you can’t be sure what the ingredients or dosage really is. It’s a waste of money if you eat a normal diet and don’t have deficiencies.

  11. but that is the point of this show, to let the dads learn to become supermen dads. the other boys get discilplined well and often. maybe she just behaves too well so not a lot of footage.. and at the same time she needs to be discilplined too if she acts out of line, regardless if shes a girl or not

  12. kiran474 Western food is not McDonalds. Burger King. and Taco Bell. That is western fast food. Western food is a plethora of different cuisines. Come to california and American new is a style of food that utilizes fresh california produce in many ways and uses quality ingredients. It's not racist, just a generalizing statement by that person. Though, I agree Korean food is more balanced traditionally.

  19. ***** You are right, not all Chinese :)  But remember china speaks Chinese but Chinese is only a written language. There are so many provinces and dialects and distinct separate cultures and values and etc. Some Chinese in certain areas do. It's like how some southerners in the US eat alligator and etc but the rest don't.

  29. when i was 9 I leaned on a wall at school and got these butterfly eggs or some thing on my sweater. I was convinced it was butterfly eggs since our school raised caterpillars. I freaked out. Then on a field trip to the museum there was r oom where hundreds of butterflies were mounted to be exhibted and I was left alone in that dark room with the lights shining on them. LOL i was so terrified and Im still scared at 23

  37. It really annoys me how people like to make chefs lives harder by forcing them to substitute food. Its not in their calculated costs and it just destroys the dish. Should have stayed home if you wanted food your way :/
