  1. ***** You are right, not all Chinese :)  But remember china speaks Chinese but Chinese is only a written language. There are so many provinces and dialects and distinct separate cultures and values and etc. Some Chinese in certain areas do. It's like how some southerners in the US eat alligator and etc but the rest don't.
