  1. As an ex nutrition major over dosing on supplements can harm you. You can get toxicity from them. Also at least in the US they don’t regulate supplements so you can’t be sure what the ingredients or dosage really is. It’s a waste of money if you eat a normal diet and don’t have deficiencies.
