  1. The problem is debt. TOo many ppl in SH take out huge loans, feeling confident that they can manage it. NOT once they did think of a back up plan. What if he/she lost their job. Chinese ppl have all lost their tradition and culture. They think more like the west. Back then, Asian love to save money. Now, they go into debt to buy a house. As a result, this push the price of housing to insane price.

  2. Hoping that next year, more housing are being sold. As demands weaken, I can finally afford a 140+ m2 apt in SH, FULLY PAID. No mortgage.
