  4. If countries DO NOT want Chinese tourist to cause incidents with the locals, then DON"T grant them visa. Problem Solved. But these countries want Tourist money, so wtf? There will always be "bad" tourist behavior and yes, Chinese is the top. So again, if these countries can't tolerant bad Chinese behaviors, just don't give out tourist visas. If countries want tourist money, should accept the risk that comes with tourist If the countries don't want tourist money, they don't grant visas.
