  1. Japan MUST also take responsibility. Why? Because Japan granted these Chinese rich kids student visa. Japan wants CHinese $ so, it is also the fault. If Japan dont want Chinese students in the classroom, do NOT grant study visa. Problem solved Want CHinese money, accept their culture and their behavior. This same goes for US. Dont accept Chinese students, yet uni want their money.
