  1. Foreigners and business leave because they no longer accept the BS or officials harrassing them. THey are no longer friendly to foreigners. Yet China needs foreign companies. It is sad that China doesn't see it. Yes, china was the largest manufacture. Now, many foreigners want other countries to manufacturer their goods. China's BS hurt themselves. Maybe it is their master plan, to slowly close the boarder ,from the rest of the world.
