  2. This is what happens when you sign a contact with the bank, the bank has you by the balls, till you have fully paid the bank. THe winners are always the bank and the loser and those that took loans to buy the house. IF one just rent = no mortgage, freedom.

  3. DO NOT borrow money for the bank to buy house. If one can't save more than 80% for the property, why buy. I too plan to buy an apt, but will not mortgage. I have millions of RMB in the bank and just waiting for good price.

  4. THe housing price, continue to drop, is killing CHina's economy and ppl's happiness, especially those that buy house and has dropped 20-60%. Cultural is also to be blamed, demanding the man to buy a house before marriage.

  5. laughable: 1000 rmb to get married. Even a 10k rmb to get married in a 1st tier city isnt enough.
