  1. Those who brought houses with mortgage of millions of rmb. I do not feel sorry for them, no sypathy. Bc, if one cannot afford, why take lot HUGE loans I am so glad their housing price has dropped more than 30-50% (depending on location/cit). No one force them to take huge loans. Bc so many ppl mortgage, taking loans, this drive up housing price due to high demand. And now there is NO demand, housing price fall. It is is economics 101. THese Chinese ppl did it to themselves. THey were competing to snatch one up when the market was high. They went with the flow and NOW, they all have to suffer the lost (flow)

  2.  @rebel4721  I have no mortgage, l don't even own a car, and l dont have credit card. SO l can save MILLIONS in RMB. Car is not a need, it is a want! I take the metro to work, to places and sometimes take didi. = save a ton on car payments, insurance, gas/electric charging, parking, maintannce , etc

  4.  @door1479  Starting a business is ALWAYS a risky business. THe success rate is very low, yet the failure is very HIGH. If it is the chiense way, it is the broke way! I too can smart my education/consulating business. But the market is too competitive and over saturated. So, l don't start bc l know the failure is HIGH, especially with a tanking economy. My 1:1 business is less than previous yrs.
