  2. The dream of having a good job after university, is over! Because especially for Chinese Grad, they have no working or volunteer experience. I once interview a recent grad and she was so proud of her degree. She told me she is a hard working, honest, etc etc. When I ask her about any working experience, there was a pause and she said, she is a quick study. I ended the interview right there and said NO. She said why I told her, your interview responds are very typical like many other grad. No working experience. TOld her, if l were to spend time and resource to train you, you should pay me and you can afford me bc you have no money as a recent grad. TOld her, she should do at least 1 yr of volunteer or internship to gain some real work experience.
