Thoes who can't pay their mortgage are losers! They deserved to be the slums of society. They were the ones who took the mortgage; no one forced them. And when they can't pay the mortgage, the take it on the property by damaging it. It is YOUR fault if you cant pay the mortage. It is YOUR fault if you buy the property when the property market was hot and now lost value. By damaging the property for the next owner; why is it the new owner's fault, if he/she can afford the property. THey are just jeolous and angry that THEY are FAILURES in their life. The house/property is NOT yours until it is FULLY paid. THose that defaulted crying, ha. Too bad for you. Welcome to homelessness! Never take out huge/long term mortgage! Always have plan B with savings at least a MILLION in rmb. The more the better If you don't need a car, DON"T buy or mortgage it. DOn't follow what others have; car, house and expensive things Buy within your means!
