of course, companies will use probation period. THey don't break the law and keep the worker's spirit high, thinking they will past the period and earn a higher salary.
Boss factory knows, these grad are NOT valuable. THere are TOO many of them. If some think it is slave labour, others who are desperate will take it.
About work experience, YES you can get work experience. They are bitching bc, they fuk themselve over. THey can start getting experience at 16, which is the legal working age. THey can gain experience by voluteering, get those proof of documents or intern during summer holidays during HS and uni.
I started working at 16 yr old. If l can do it, you all Chinese can do it too.
But NO, you think those jobs are for un educated people and you think you deserve better.
And now, a paper with No experience. WHo's fault. You, and your parents.

uni grad in rural area vs uni grad in the city, l think the city grad will have a better chance, even without a master.
Many will not be able to recope the their tuition money from their job.
These adults, are just going to uni to give free money to higher ups.
Furthermore, the govt in CHina screw the country, by imposing security non sense, driving away foreign investment and etc.
Yet, people are afraid to rise up against the leader, and can only blame others: school, companies, and themselves.
Over time, this cycle and other issue will destroy the gvt . For example, population continues to decrease many can't find good job to raise family, no need for many KG, less demand to buy property bc ppl are not reproducing, many are not buying cars and other luxury goods = more store to close.

@SlavTiger If that is what the boss think the market is worth, who can argue. If those think they think it is low, others will take it. That is business. There are winners and losers, or both. It is survival. The boss throw them a bone, better than being hungry!
What would you do? Fresh out of uni, can't find a well paying job, because you have no experience, and 10s of millions of fresh and previous grads, all wanting good job when there are few.
WOuld you wait for 10 or 11 or 12 rmb or take the 9 now and still try to find a better job during off hours.
If you say, you wait, that is fine. Bc, the risk is high, like the real estate market. I may or may not get better. But the current trend, with millions of uni, past and fresh all competiting for a job. It is survival of the fittest. Those that don't take the 9, may not survive. Those that take 9, buy some time.
As stated, wwyd in their situation as a fresh grad?
I would like to hear your thoughts on THEIR situation.
