  1. "I didn't do anything wrong" Yes, they did! They went into debt. They bought something they cant afford. They spend beyond their means. They dont have a back up plan. They all want property So, bc of wanting to be owner, they screwed themselve. Suggestion -only buy when one can afford to pay 70% down. -have a pack up plan, if one loses job
