  1. Greed caused this. Same goes to those E comm. business. They also want to earn tons of money during 11.11. Since they sign up for those plateform, they know it is NOT in their favor bc the plateform favors the customers. I too have use and return items and got FULL refund. Bc it is easy. Those business will suffer. The solution, do not sign up for those plateform. Do not sell their products on those plateforms.
